make time for yourself. forget about the world every once in a while and focus on YOU, focus on what YOU NEED. you may have a lot going on, a lot of responsibilities, family, work, bills, friends, and so on, and so on... but if you lose the ability to isolate yourself from everything and just recharge your batteries, do things selfishly for yourself, to make yourself feel good, then there is no way you'll ever be ok to deal with others, and in very short term, it will be detrimental to you and others. so do act selfishly, don't be afraid to neglect those close to you, cause you're really just taking care of yourself so you can take better care of them; be the best individual you can be, treat yourself. it's the only way you'll feel good enough to treat others, afterwards...
